Downstream Sector

Osam Energy Company Ltd. is working to establish close working relationships with several international groups, including existing refineries in Russia, and bulk storage facilities to supply to West African and North American markets, large quantities of crude oil, light (white) and heavy petroleum products, including but not limited to PMS, AGO, HPFO, LPFO, DPK, and Mazut. In this regard, Osam Energy has recently acquired significant equity participation in a large bulk storage facility under construction in Ghana.

The Tank Farm facility to be completed in the central region of Ghana, on a coastal accreage of over 500 hecres shall be for export purposes with very little dependence in Ghanaian domestic markets.
